A big part of my work is helping you understand your emotional world more clearly so you can recognize what you feel, trust it, and express it in a way that feels grounded and authentic.
We also look closely at patterns like people-pleasing, struggling to say no, and feeling disconnected from your own voice. Over time, we work on shifting those patterns so you can set boundaries that actually hold and show up more fully as yourself.
