I start by getting to know your story in depth, not just what’s going on now, but how you’ve learned to relate to yourself and others over time. A big part of my work is helping you understand your emotional world more clearly so you can recognize what you feel, trust it, and express it in a way that feels grounded and authentic.
We also look closely at patterns like people-pleasing, struggling to say no, and feeling disconnected from your own voice. Over time, we work on shifting those patterns so you can set boundaries that actually hold and show up more fully as yourself.

I specialize in helping anxious young women overcome their insecurities and heal their childhood trauma so they can thrive into their 20s and 30s. 

We will meet once a week to work on better understanding why you are the way you are. This includes developing better self-understanding, identifying patterns that are keeping you stuck, learning new coping skills and improving your communication and boundaries. Expect to walk away with a comprehensive user guide on "You" - helping you feel more empowered and less overwhelmed.
